Obligation to Secrecy


  1. The employee shall exercise secrecy on official matters that are not authorised for release.
    1. On termination of employment, the employee shall immediately, and without being requested, surrender to the employing agency all written material, drawings, graphs, which he still has from the time of employment and all notes taken on office or shop operations.
    2. After termination of employment the employee shall conti­nue to exercise secrecy on matters which are subject to this requirement.
