RAF Legal Services Northern Germany closed on 30 June 2019

On 30 June 2019 the provision of legal advice by RAF legal officers to serving members of the Army being interviewed under caution, came to an end . If legal representation is required for such an interview, the RMP will be able to arrange free legal assistance through the duty solicitor scheme

On 30 June 2019 the provision of legal advice by RAF legal officers to serving members of the Army (To include dependents and UKBC) being interviewed under caution, came to an end (Except those based in Cyprus). If legal representation is required for such an interview, the RMP will be able to arrange free legal assistance through the duty solicitor scheme (In accordance with Code C of the Police Codes of Practice and Code C of the Service Police Codes of Practice).
