In agreement with the Host Nation Tax Authorities (Zollamt) the GEO J1 have been given permission to issue a Veterans NAAFI Shopping Permit to British Veterans living in Germany, subject to confirmation of military service.

  IMPORTANT

Please include a contact telephone number or email address on the application form so that we can get in touch with you should there be any issues with your application. Photographs should be of a standard passport type (not home-produced) and the applicant should not wear uniform on the photograph.

Certified copies of any supporting documentation must be authenticated by a Public Servant ie. Policeman, Army Officer, Civil Servant, Solicitor this includes Host Nation. If this is not done the application will be rejected.

Collection of NAAFI Shopping Permit

The Shopping Permits will sent out to the address on the application form. 

Access to the NAAFI

Your pass will allow you to purchase certain items of food and beverages in the NAAFI Complex at Otto Hahn Strasse 20, 33104 Paderborn-Sennelager. You will need a 'Pink Card' from the local Zollamt (Local Tax Office to your residence location) in order to purchase any items that are not immediately consumable.

Access to Normandy Barracks

Access to military establishments is restricted. Should you wish to attend an organised event on camp you will need to be invited, i.e. your details will need to be on an attendance or authorised list held in the Guardroom. You and any of your guests will need to book in through the Guardroom using valid photographic identification, i.e. Passport. Such events may include but are not limited to; Sunday Worship, Mess Activities as an Honorary Member and the Annual Remembrance Service.
